Matthew Goff MSW CADC MBA
Matt ventured into this field many years ago because of his desire to help others in a real way. His hope is to build an environment where clients feel safe, listened to, and advocated for, while teaching them the skills to stay healthy and sober. Matt is a graduate from Aurora University with a Masters in Social Work and concentration in Addictions. Matt is dedicated to ensuring that every patient he serves receives the highest quality care.

Astrid Rudaitis
Astrid is an experienced clinician who is passionate about recovery. She dedicates herself to educating, motivating and empowering those seeking relief from the bondage of substance use disorder and other addictions. As a staff member of the Care Addiction Center team, Astrid enjoys the ability to establish positive relationships with those she serves, identifying each individual’s needs and goals. Through developing specific treatment plans she is able to guide and encourage her patients to initiate healthy lifestyle choices.

J. Greg Bishop
Greg brings over 25 years' experience as an addiction counselor in the treatment of substance abuse/use disorders with adolescents and adults in prevention, assessment, treatment, and continuing care. Greg has an ability to quickly establish genuine rapport with a range of populations and assesses their individual needs to provide personalized care.

Jerry Jania
Jerry is a registered nurse of 40 years with over 10 years’ experience in the mental health and addiction field. Nurse Jerry uses his medical expertise and ability to educate clients about the disease of addiction through a medical perspective. Nurse Jerry is a talented and compassionate professional, working to improve the lives of the patients he sees at Care Addiction Center.

Dr. Ravi Badlani
Dr. Ravi Badlani is a Board Certified Doctor of Internal Medicine and has been practicing for over 20 years. Dr. Badlani is a member of the Chicago Medical Society, American Medical Association, and the Illinois State Medical Society. Dr. Badlani’s expertise in Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) allows the transition into sobriety to be as painless and successful as possible.

Alice Miller
Alice is a Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist (LMFT) and has dedicated her practice to the recovery community since 1997. Originally from the Bay area, Alice relocated to Fox Valley in 2008. With a Master's Degree in Marriage, Family, Child Therapy from Azusa Pacific University, Alice brings her compassionate dedication and experience to Care Addiction Center to work with clients and families in a productive and beneficial way.
